For those of you that have taken the time to contribute your valuable comments in the past, we want to sincerely thank you.  As you may have noticed, a short time ago, all comments on the site were reset including the comments of valid contributors like Dinesh, Florian, Mike, Eric, and others.  That was an unintentional action of the site administrator that occurred while trying to clean up a larger problem – comment spam.

Each day, as we search through for the rare, legitimate comments that may have been submitted, we are forced to cleanup hundreds and sometimes thousands of comments from illegitimate entities attempting to increase the number of links on the Internet to some terrible product or service.  This task is distracting from other goals including the consolidation of our websites, improving the comment method, and other important tasks.

So, starting immediately, we will be disabling comments on all posts.  If you have a comment or question, please feel free to submit it to blogComment@cbfive.com.  We are truly grateful for the efforts that our readers have made in the past to contribute and understand our posts.  For now, we will read through the email periodically to sort out junk mail and post the legitimate comments manually.  As we transition the site to the new engine with comment spam filters in place, hopefully we can go back to open comments.

Thank you again to all of our contributors!  We apologize for any inconvenience this may create.
